How Do You Define Health? With Dr. Jeremy Toffle, MD

GHH Series 2 Launch.jpg

As part of my Season 2 Launch Series, these episodes are a collection of short length talks on defining health.  The starting point for changing our lifestyles begins with examining our thoughts around health.  So this a thought experiment designed to challenge the way you’ve previously thought about health to help redefine it for yourself.  That said, my last Launch Series guest is Dr. Jeremy Toffle, MD.  You may also remember him from Glass Half Healthy Episode 29 as my special guest host.  Dr. Toffle is a board certified pediatrician currently working out of Omaha, Nebraska.  His work focuses on appropriate nutrition for children, counseling families on parenting struggles and adolescent athletes.  He is very active on social media with his blog and podcast entitled Imperfect Dad MD.com and The Imperfect Dad MD podcast, for which I was a guest (check that out!).  He also recently started another podcast called the Kids and Covid podcast.  And Dr. Toffle is here to tell all of us how he defines health.  I hope his message helps to redefine what health means for you.
