How Do You Define Health? With Dr. Supriya Rao, MD

GHH Series 2 Launch.jpg

As part of my Season 2 Launch Series, these episodes are a collection of short length talks on defining health.  The starting point for changing our lifestyles begins with examining our thoughts around health.  So this a thought experiment designed to challenge the way you’ve previously thought about health to help redefine it for yourself.  That said, my next Launch Series guest is Dr. Supriya Rao, MD.  Dr. Rao is a gastroenterologist in the greater Boston area where she is a managing partner at her practice, Integrated Gastroenterology Consultants.  She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and Obesity Medicine.  On her social media platform including her Instagram account, she offers insight into her clinical passions which include the Gut Microbiome, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Gut Motility and healthy weight management.  And Dr. Rao is here to tell all of us how she defines health.  I hope her message helps to redefine what health means for you.
