How Do You Define Health? With Dr. Nishi Bhopal, MD

GHH Series 2 Launch.jpg

As part of my Season 2 Launch Series, these episodes are a collection of short length talks on defining health.  The starting point for changing our lifestyles begins with examining our thoughts around health.  So this a thought experiment designed to challenge the way you’ve previously thought about health to help redefine it for yourself.  That said, my next Launch Series guest is Dr. Nishi Bhopal, MD.  Dr. Bhopal is triple board certified in Psychiatry, Sleep Medicine, and Integrative Holistic Medicine.  She is the founder of IntraBalance Integrative Psychiatry & Sleep in San Francisco and is a founding member of the SameHere Psych Alliance, a global initiative to reduce the stigma around mental health. Her passion is making mental wellness and the science of sleep easy to understand and accessible to all.  And Dr. Bhopal is here to tell all of us how she defines health.  I hope her message helps to redefine what health means for you.
