The New Trailer: Glass Half Healthy 2024 and Beyond

Why does something bad have to happen to our health before we finally feel motivated to do something about it?  As a society, we react to health problems rather than prevent them.  From grade school to college, no one is teaching us how to be healthy and stay that way.  So, I did research to create my own plan.  Through the process, my body returned to its natural state of being because I redefined health for myself.  This begs the question - how do you define health?  I am Dr. Jonar and this is my podcast, the Glass Half Healthy!  As a trained physician and CEO of 4 Truth Health Coaching, I will further explore this issue with thought provoking guests that will challenge your definition of health.  Join us on this journey as we walk together on the path of healthier living.
