Adam Sud is an international speaker for the plant-based movement and addiction-recovery movement, a food addiction coach with Mastering Diabetes, and founder of the non-profit Plant-Based for Positive Change, dedicated to advancing research on the connection between diet, mental health and addiction.  In Episode 025, we discussed Adam’s extraordinary transformation that led to remarkable recovery.  In this last half of this two-part series, we continue our discussion with exploring the differences between motivation and inspiration, the mindset of scarcity versus abundance when it comes to health, and Adam’s take on embarking down the path toward Recovery and Plant-Based Nutrition.  He also shares his work on the Infinity Study to investigate the affects of Diet on Addiction Recovery and Mental Health.  Adam’s story speaks to the power of human resilience, that through chronic disease, addiction recovery, and health obstacles, self-love and self-compassion can conquer all.
