How Do You Define Health? With Toni Okamoto

GHH Series 2 Launch.jpg

As part of my Season 2 Launch Series, these next episodes are a collection of short length talks on defining health.  The starting point for changing our lifestyles begins with examining our thoughts around health.  So this a thought experiment designed to challenge the way you’ve previously thought about health to help redefine it for yourself.  That said, my first guest in my Launch Series is Toni Okamoto.  Toni is the founder of Plant-Based on a Budget, the popular fun website and meal plan as well as her online presence on Instagram with over 480,000 followers. She is also author of the Plant-Based on a Budget Cookbook, co-author of The Friendly Vegan Cookbook, and the co-host of The Plant-Powered People Podcast.  In addition, she was featured in the popular documentary “What the Health.”  Toni’s work has been profiled by NBC News, Parade Magazine, and she’s a regular presence on local and national morning shows across the country, where she teaches viewers how to break their meat habit without breaking their budget.  And Toni is here to tell all of us how she defines health.  I hope her message helps to redefine what health means for you.
